API-first strategy, portfolio and center of excellence, governance, security and compliance intro, executive advocacy and ROI, and platform and internal APIs.
The API Lifecycle
REST, GraphQL, Async, and gRPC architectures; design best practices and style guides; OpenAPI; versioning and deprecation; and working with the delivery team.
API Go-To-Market
Customer discovery, developer portals, docs, SDKs, onboarding and PLG, pricing, metrics and GTM funnels, retention, and sales and marketing collaboration.
Security & AI Agents
API risk, legal, security, rate limiting, OWASP API Top 10, incident response, agents, and AI trends.
Build Your Own API Prototype with AI
Rapid prototyping tools, AI-generated OpenAPI, linting and validation, PRDs and specs, codegen, testing, deployment, and gateways.
Demo & AMA
Demo the capstone prototype to peers and the instructor, then work through questions from the cohort.
