What we collect

We collect information only when you use a subscribe or download form. That may include your email address, optional first name, the page or campaign you came from, and which resource you requested.

We don't collect anything ourselves when you just browse. Cloudflare, which serves and protects this site, necessarily processes connection and security data — such as your IP address and request headers — to deliver pages. We do not use that data for advertising.

Tracking and cookies

This site does not use analytics cookies or ad tracking.

Email list

The email list runs on MailerLite, our processor. MailerLite stores subscriber data, consent records through double opt-in, and handles the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Hosting and bot protection

Site hosting and bot protection are provided by Cloudflare. The Turnstile widget on forms processes connection and browser signals, including IP address, for security only.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the resource you asked for and to send occasional emails: insights on APIs and agents, and news and offers for Level 250 training and services.

You can unsubscribe anytime with one click.

Retention

We keep your information while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, MailerLite keeps a suppression record so we do not email you again.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction of your data, or deletion of your data. Email emmanuel@level250.com and it will get done, including in MailerLite.
